Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Audio Ready at audiosready.com ("the site"), including the free tools and Audio Ready Pro. The site is run by Wyverse Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The tools

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. They run in your browser: the audio and video files you work with are processed on your own device and aren't uploaded to us, so we never hold a copy (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your own copies of anything important, since we can't recover files for you.

We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into the tools and to the results. Audio Ready adds no watermark and claims no rights to anything you make. You're responsible for having the right to use the material you process, and for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with or overload the site, to scrape it in bulk, or to resell access to it as your own service.

Hearing and measurement tools

The hearing test, tuner, sound meter, BPM tools and tone generators give approximate results that depend on your device, microphone and headphones. They aren't medical devices or calibrated instruments. See a professional about hearing concerns, and keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones.

Pro

Audio Ready Pro removes the free download limits. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record: Polar runs the checkout and handles billing, sales tax and invoices, and its terms also apply to your purchase. After checkout, Polar emails you a license key.

• 7-day pass: a one-time payment. Pro works for 7 days and then ends by itself. Nothing renews.
• Pro yearly: a subscription that renews each year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal; Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
• Pro lifetime: a one-time payment for Pro on Audio Ready, including future updates, for as long as we run the site.

A license key covers Audio Ready only; other Wyverse Labs products are sold separately. Use your key in any of your own browsers and devices, but don't share or publish it. We may disable keys that are shared publicly or paid for fraudulently. Prices are listed on the Pro page in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Price changes don't affect purchases you've already made.

Refunds

If Pro doesn't work for you, email support@audiosready.com within 14 days of a purchase or a yearly renewal and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, and the license key stops working.

Ads and other services

The site may show ads served by Google AdSense, and uses Google Analytics to count visits; the Privacy Policy explains both. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the tools accurate and online, but we don't promise they'll be error-free, always available, or right for your purpose. Check the results before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wyverse Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost files, data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law where you live doesn't allow to be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
