How do I make a song longer by looping it?

Drop the song, set how many times it should play, from 2 to 30, and press Loop. The copies are placed one after another in a single file, so a 3 minute song played 5 times becomes a 15 minute file.

Is there a gap between the repeats?

No. Each copy starts right where the previous one ends. If the file has silence at the start or end, that silence repeats too, so trim it first with the Audio Trimmer for a tighter loop.

Why do I hear a click where the loop repeats?

The end of the file doesn't line up with its start, so the waveform jumps at the join. Short fades with the Fade In and Fade Out tool hide the click, though the join then dips in volume.

Yes, if 30 repeats are long enough. A 2 minute clip played 30 times gives you an hour. Long files take a while to process, and lossless formats like WAV get large.
