Which format to extract to
MP3 plays everywhere and is the default. M4A is smaller at the same quality and fits Apple devices best. OGG is the smallest option and works well on websites, though older Safari versions don't play it.
Choose WAV if you're going to edit the audio in another app, or FLAC if you want the same quality in about half the space. Both are much larger than the compressed formats.
